Alternatively, you may prefer to send an e-mail to sherose@sherose.us or reach us on WhatsApp by choosing among different Sherose products on our website subject to availability and region.
We strongly recommend you to place your order at least a week in advance for special occasions such as March 8, Women's Day, Mother's Day and February 14 Valentine's Day.
Our fresh roses are imported from Dutch, Kenyan and Ecuador producers. They are fresh, vibrant and premium cut roses. The size of our boxes are much larger than they appear in the picture. The boxes will make you surprise with their impression of luxury quality and the enormous size.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as fresh flowers cannot stay alive for a round-trip. However, we can make a courtesy replacement if the package is damaged or not arrived. Please feel free to contact us within a week.
We can either re-send the right product or only make a refund if you receive the wrong product than you order.
We would like to keep the freshness of our roses in order to make desired impression. Therefore, we recommend our customers to choose the delivery date as 1 or 2 days earlier for those who want to present the box by own hands.

Please keep the box in a cool (38-42°) and dry place to have more time for freshness. However, roses can stay alive for a maximum time of 1-3 days after delivery. Therefore, we recommend our customers to choose the delivery date as 1 or 2 days earlier for those who want to present the box by own hands.
